I don't understand why you did not do blood work. Usually that is done before an xray. Yorkies are highly prone to pancreatitis....and I always have blood work done with a dog that is vomiting a lot.

Yes, they would probably still treat almost the same BUT sometimes pancreatitis is so severe in these little ones that IV fluids and hospitalization is necessary. You might want to read the following thread. It gets into a discussion about pancreatitis and it's dangers. As we discussed on that thread, it is SO important to be careful what your pup gets in to.
