HI, my Bichons had this surgery twice. Both males. When you bring him home it will be rough. My guys both had bloody urine and not much bladder control the first night. I just put puppy pads down all over my living room and slept on the floor with them the first night. The next day they were much better! Just don't be too upset that first night! In about 2 days they were about back to normal. Just dont let the first night scare you!
