If you are a reputable breeder you breed to better the breed which means you only breed dogs that follow the standard and rarely get throw back that become 20 pounds. If you are getting 20 pound very often you one probably are not breeding standard Yorkies and sense is not AKC there is probably a mix in your breeders blood.
