Ok, Joey is a spaz - he has soooo much energy and is quite the barker. We are taking him to my fiance's parents house in Florida for the long weekend. I spoke with my vet, and the vet said that they don't normally prescribe sedatives for such a small dog, and that I should try giving him pediatric Benadryl to calm him down before the flight. Well, I picked up the Benadryl last night and gave him the recommended dosage and it didn't help at all!!!

I am freaking out....I am supposed to keep Joey in the carrier under the seat in front of me the whole time....there is no way this is going to happen - he is going to bark, bark, bark!!

Anyone have any tips to share with me to make this flight bearable? PLEASE!
