See the person that you got them from isn't reputable either, as they registered them with ckc. Pets registered with the ckc can't be shown...the shows are put on by the AKC.
So you don't know what is in your pups pedigree....there could be another breed in your pups pedigree, you really can't say for sure, unless you have several generations of your pups pedigree.
Personally I would never just take someone's word....I'm not as free with trusting people as I used to be....
My Biewer Jersey came to me with a seven generation pedigree....so I know exactly what is in her background.
My yorkies were bought from someone unethical....I have nothing proving exactly what they are....no papers, no health guarantee...(before I knew better from learning on YT). They are all spayed/neutered and loved as pampered pets.
You essentially have the same thing...you know nothing of their background.
