Very true in fact as I had a male when I first started who (I bought that I didn't know to check out)only had one testicle, anyways my vet said he should be neutered so this was not passed down. Well all went well with the surgery and I didn't think I would have to seperate him from my female....Low and behold I caught them locked. I freeked out and called my vet, she told me they can still produce for a certain amount of time after the surgery....Well my girl was not pregnant, thank God. But I did learn something new......
