DH's jaw hit the floor! How did you know?

I said, ' Well, you see how he's walking? That's a sign of Pancreatitis. Where's your wallet? Oh and call work, you'll be late today bc we have to go to the vet.... NOW! Get dressed, we'll be in the car.

Thank God it was caught very early on. It only cost $200.00 for the exam, tests, and meds, and he was able to come right home. Left untreated, the bill would have increased exponentially, and Peek would have needed to be hospitalized for at least a week. And hopefully he would have survived. Some don't, and I know my DH would never be able to forgive himself.

We always have Cheerios on hand. If he can't get past 'those eyes', then Cheerios it is!
Need to get some Cheerios. I have a friend who uses those as treats too!
