The short answer is YES you should be concerned. She is way too young to be bred.
Separate them now. Otherwise mating can happen in a flash. This means separate rooms and or separate crates.
Make sure you know the signs of heat in a female, how long it lasts, etc. Your vet can easily inform you of them.
