 Real names or user names??
When you view posts do you tend to of the others posting by their user names or their real names (if they include them in their signatures). Some people I know their "real" names and know whose user name belongs to whose real name....others I have to read their names. It's taken me awhile to associate rrosenberry with Rhonda, but I don't think oh, it's rrosenberry any more.
