Not really sure why this was started out in the public forum but If it were me I would settle with a seller in private or at least on their profile page. Sounds to me like Shinja did the right thing..would you rather have gotten a damaged bag in the mail?
It would be a different matter altogether if she had sent damaged goods or didn't ship and never refunded your money. Then I could understand giving a bad review in the appropriate forum..seller reviews and feedback
