I would go straight to vet, don't pass go, don't collect $200. I trust modern medicine over cottage cheese any day, besides asking for pancreatitis and malnutrition with nothing but cottage cheese! Also, I would see about sending vet bill to breeder if proven that pup had this when you got him.
