Watch the two females!! Your un altered female in heat, may try to show your spayed female, just who runs the show, and you could have a "cat fight" on your hands!!! All these unspayed females have PMS!!!! But your breeder is in tune with current thinking....allow one heat....this allows the growth plates to mature and there are multiple benefits to all areas/organs of the body, including the brain, that benefit from that initial release of hormones into her system.
