Were something like 90% of the car rides involved going to the vet? If so, you might be right. Maybe you can incorporate something fun at the vet. Perhaps a that "special" treat he'd do anything for. I remember one of my niece having problems visiting the vet so she started giving him a hambergur after each visit. (She has a dalmation) It worked great for her so... *shrug*

In the meantime, I guess you should put a cover on the booster seat so it'd be easier to clean up. Both my pups not only vomited but also had diarrhea in my car few times. -_-; SEAT COVERS!!!!!!
