first make sure its not an injury or an infection but if nothing comes up it may be a food allergy. And yes, they can only lick one paw when this happens. Chibi does his right paw too, I have him on limited ingredient food, once a week baths and occasional animax ointment to keep it under control but it's never 100% normal. Good luck, I hope its just something easy because food allergies are no fun.
