How soon before you take him in the car does he eat/drink? Maybe withholding his food and water an hour or so before going out in the car would help him from vomiting all over. Or he could really just get car sickness easier than most. My female, Izzy, shakes when she is in the car but doesn't vomit and my male, Jack, loves car rides (even if its just in the driveway LOL).
