 May be allergies
Hi there!
What food is Milo on? 80% of my patients walk into my clinic with allergies. This is sounding like allergies, and even though you only gave him 2 pieces of pasta, that might be enough to trigger an allergy. I posted an article on the subject here at YT.
Allergies work like a spectrum. The lower the immune system, the wider the spectrum (more allergies).
