I think my greatest concern with respect to not having all of the shots is parvo, but since that is transmitted by contact with fecal matter, so long as the Yorkie is kept away from other dogs while being boarded, I don't think that would be a problem. The dog should have been vaccinated against bordetella at an earlier age, right, and so should be okay in that regard? I would board the dog at the vet...
