Hope you are ok. Tonight after work, walking up to the house I tripped on a sprinkler head and fell HARD one my knee. It's pretty scraped up, all red, bleeding, and it's probably gonna be black tomorrow.
I can't barely move my foot either. Of all the stupid ways to get hurt.
