He's probably marking all over your house. He should be neutered and trained. You may not be comfortable crate training at this point (although, if it were me, I'd do it) but his space must be limited. ALSO, if he's also pooping inside, you'll have to limit the time he eats to twice per day (what goes in, must come out.)

Be sure to take him out regularly - especially after active play time or if he's been lying down for awhile and then gets up or after he eats/drinks.

You'll also have to treat your home with an enzyme product that eliminates the pee scent. Hopefully, Grizzly just has a preferred "spot" so that your work will be less!
