Riley has been scratching and biting at his legs mostly but also his where ever he can bite at. I checked him over for fleas and he doesn't have any. He has not had any changes in his diet either. He had been scratching before he recent groomers trip and I asked them to use an oatmeal hypoallergenic products on him bc his skin seems dry and he's been scratching. Today I noticed 3 small bald patches on him, they're on his side/hip area. About a pea sized.

So far today he has also been lethargic and didn't eat his food this morning either. What could this be? Should I call the vet?

He eats Wellness One grain free. If that's needed information. He's also taking cosequin for his patellar luxation. However this scratching began before e started taking the joint medicine.
