I do not D A R E make any kind of noise that Adie doesn't like or hasn't heard before. she will slink off as if I had a shotgun pointed at her. It will take hours for her to decide she loves me again. She will come if I call her but then slink off again the minute my back is turned. If I wanted her to run away from home all I would have to do is say Shhhhhhh and she'll be gone.

On the serious side, when we had to put Cassie down she took it really hard. I wondered if she blamed me for it. She stayed away from all of us. She even slept in a separate room! She is just now starting to sleep with us again and cuddling up to me.
