Sam is 7 months, and he can be a whirling little tornado of destructive energy at times. I've found that interactive play with him has done wonders for both of us. You just have to find what will keep his attention on YOU, because unfortunately, puppies at this age have the same attention span as a toddler - somewhere between zero and none, lol.
You may need to isolate the other dogs from your pup for a bit while you have one on one play time with him. Fetch, hide and seek, tug of war, and trick training with treats force him to pay attention to you because you have a 'reward', whether it be a treat, a thrown ball, or praise and a belly rub.
After you've got him worn out from play and praise, quiet time letting him snuggle against you for a nap will further the bond.
