If you ever do consider LASIK, please research it first. There are dangers that nobody ever mentions including irreversible and severe corneal damage (the flap they make never truly heals and can open years and years later, severe visual acuity deficits over time that can't be corrected, cornea cell death, weakening of the cornea, etc.). One of the pioneers of this surgery will no longer perform it because it is (in his opinion and mine) unethical. |
Yes I agree, research and then research some more!
My Dr went over everything with me, what “ could” happen type stuff.. Scary, but worth it.
