I think there is some super secret how-to video that our pups have access to. Huey seems to use that same method...I will think I am watching him like a hawk because if he can wear it for 30 min or so, he will forget it is there and leave it alone, but I will look over at him a few minutes after I put it in and it will be all lopsided with half of his hair scratched out into a 1960's tease...
