Why does she need all her puppy shots before? and they know never to hit her or do any of that, iv'e told them. they just expect a lot out of her for just being a puppy. i put her pad outside today but the wind kept blowing it all over the place, i secured it down and she still never went and we were outside for 20 minutes.
