Make sure she has had all her puppy shots for two weeks before taking her to a groomer. Have you put her poo on the pad? Also might help to put her pad outside when you want her to go outside. Make sure you praise her and give her a treat when she goes in the right place. Also make sure your parents never yell at her, hit her or rub her nose in it.
