That sounds like Cinders, we had a top knot accident early on... It was really stuck in her hair, and I had to cut it out. She needs to grow more hair so it doesn't look so wispy! I'm hoping the hair cream will help. (Vellus Satin Cream) It's supposed to help their hair grow and stay in place. Just staying in place will make it look better!
