It's extreme. And, she expected EVERYONE to notice and make over her. Whenever she passed people in the store she sticks herself out to make sure she's seen. When I shop with my friends I always get the lecture about how they're not going to be in the store a long time, stopping at everyone who passes by because they want talk to and about her. She loves every minute of it!
