I don't buy in to the whole they won't eat thing for a few reasons, but hardly will a HEALTHY pup starve to death, they will eat whatever you feed them IMHO.
In your case right now I would first ask what was she eating when she was with the breeder? How old is she? Does she have any health problems? Has she had a Well Visit with the vet yet?
