I did. But the shampoo is an anti itch one. So I honestly don't think that is it. She hasn't done it at all this morning. I don't know. Maybe it was like Dawn said, just an itch. DH did just mow the grass. Hmmmmm.... I'm going to watch her. If she does it again we will get hold of the vet. Thanks everyone!
