IF she has Chiari & it's causing her blindness, with treatment her vision will come back. IF she has Chiari & you don't get her diagnosed & treated, it will most likely kill her. Symptoms can come & go with Chiari in the beginning but will eventually come & stay, this is a painful condition even when the dog is showing NO symptoms. And the same goes IF she has GME. I would NOT wait till she gets bad again as by that time it may very well be too late to save her. I will say it again, she NEEDS to see a Neurologist ASAP ! These are SERIOUS symptoms & NEED to be addressed ASAP.
