I have worried about this to, and my Baxter is 16 weeks old. Last week one ear went up and am waiting for the second one to go up. I think it is a timing thing. It sometimes takes longer for some than others. I just hope he doesn't have one up and one down. Actually, I really thought they were cute down. Oh well, wait and see. Hope this helps.
