I cut Katie's hair a few weeks ago. She was getting every twig, leaf, and sticky caught in her hair, and she plays so hard outside, and I knew it was hot for her. She has very thick, silky hair, which under normal conditions is not difficult to care for, but I knew she was miserable having to stop playing each time to get things out that were caught in her hair. Katie jumps in a baby pool every few minutes while playing, so her short hair has made it so much easier for her. I know Katie loves her new haircut. I've attached photos taken the weekend before I cut Katie's hair and one that I took this weekend with her short hair. She looked like a dustmop playing. I had just combed it not long before, and she had had a bath that morning, so I thought the photos looked really funny. |
