Oh Mary, this is wonderful info. THANK YOU! I will definately be asking our reg vet about this today. She will be back this afternoon--I have to fax her our notes from the ER and she said she'd either stay late or come to my house if she thought Trixie needed to be seen today rather than tomorrow, depending on how she is today.
This is GREAT info...sounds very much like what happened, except she had a low bacteria count, which they said was unusual...they did it twice to make sure they got good readings. I will make sure to let everyone know what the outcome of all this is.
