Today is my baby's birthday and I am feeling very grateful. I don't know if its all the drama and stress in my life lately but some times I feel like he is the only one who I can ever really count on or that 'gets' me(besides my fiancé). I feel like we have been through so much together. I still remember the night he wouldn't stop throwing up and I cried so hard because I thought I might loose him, that was the worst night of my life. It made me realize though how special he is to me and how broken my world and heart would be without him. I remember how I felt the first time I held him in my arms, I knew instantly that he was the dog for me and even after all the hardships we have been through I wouldn't have changed a thing. I know I was meant to have him so I could help him through his rough times and he could help me through mine.
