I feed my two Yorkies Canine Caviar. They love it. One of them had been on Atopica for skin issues (yeast also). She is no longer on Atopica. I'm thinking it's the food.

Also, I think the bag says not to mix it.., just change over. That's what I did and did not have any problems. In Minnesota we have a Chuck & Don's Pet store and they carry the 4 pound bag ($19 a bag).
