My Buttons will spit up white foam and not eat good when she has had tummy bugs and also from drainage with allergies. She also does that, and is presently doing his, because she got vaccinations Saturday. She started feeling bad yesterday. The last time Buttons had a stomach bug, she didn't eat and on the second day took her in and they gave her some fluids because she was a little dehydrated. It took her about a week to get back to her normal self. Hope your baby feels better soon.
