Yes, I know how difficult it is, living so far away....
I thought that when I saw your post
Harry too has very fine, very soft hair - it doesn't really seem to matter what shampoo I use, it always ends up the same!!
However, I do use 'human'
conditioner on him - Pantene - and then rinse and rinse until my arm aches!!! And then do it some more....
I know others will disagree with me - but I'm a long way away too - so they can't tell me off TOO much.....
