Default I have a 9 years old yorkie with hypoglycemia :(

I ,too have an adult yorkie with hypoglycemic episodes She was diagnosed with hepatic microdysplasia (a problem with the liver that is a lifelong condition) when ,after 3 severe attacks and multiple vet visits and a month of tests, they figured it out..Since then, always have to make sur she is fed within 7-8 hours MAX and always have Nutrical on hand... I just had today another episode but what is confusing to me is she had just eaten AN HOUR before going out... BUT for the 1st time I was mowing the lawn with her and my other furbaby outside..Maybe she panicked??? But when after a couple minutes I couldnt see her, I went in the back and there she was lying on the grass with her tongue hanging out becoming WHITE OMG the panic But ,shaking and sweating, I managed to get out also a bottle of glucose the vet had given me 3 yrs ago when she had her last episode, some nutrical and also some babyfood puree(just pure chicke and veggies that I al;ways keep on hand coz easy to feed if she needs to eat and isnt hungry..) She was all weak and her eyes were closing omg...and then her mouth wouldnt open so I put the glucose in MY mouth and gently let some slip into her mouth on the side of her cheek.little by little..then I could open her mouth and she swallowed a bit and I put the nutrical on roof of her mouth..with a seringe I put more glucose and water and even some milk (has lots of sugar and protein) and after 40 minutes, she started coming out of it...was one of her worse episodes...She layed on me for another 30 minutes then she wanted to drink and she drank A LOT..but 30 minutes later afetr a small nap, she threw up everything twice... Then her little ears came up a bit (they were all down like when she is sick)...Now she has been sleeping for 30 minutes and her heartrate has gone down...OMG...So yes; I have an adult hypoglycemic yorkie too Poor baby ♥
