If you get the blood work before the spay there really is not much of a reason to worry (I know we all still do). Callie was very very tired and did not want to do anything but sleep the night after her spay then the next coupe of days she was low key. They can walk and pee still. We had one dog growing up that the night after her spay she was so well ummm "high" that if her cone touched anything even just barely she would stop moving and just stand there until someone moved her. You should keep her from licking her stitches though and from jumping or anything that could rip her stitches.
