Sophie is my 4th Yorkie I have owned. She is special, I guess. I noticed the places she liked to go in my house and after cleaning those spots I put the pee pee pads down. She started going on them on her own. If she missed I told her not good, when she hit the pad I praised her, a lot! I guess she liked the praise. She is 17 weeks now and misses every once in a while but mostly its on the pee pee pads. She will stop playing and run over to the pads. Now I have to start moving them slowly to the area I want to use them in and hopefully get down from 4 pads to 2. My other Yorkies were not as easy to train. They are so small they need to go more often so it's harder to keep up with them. Good luck. I wish you lived closer we could have a play date. My daughters dog is here now (babysitting for her) but she is an 8 year old Cockapoo and she is not interesting in Yorkie play!
