My little teeny tiny yorkie bobbin has recently started coughing n sneezing but it's very odd like a sneeze but not?? Lots nose running too he's two now never happened before! My daughter came n stayed few day with her dog which was a rescue dog n she had cough its now gone? I am going vet Monday for other reason so will ask but can dogs have hay fever? If so would be safe give small amount anti allergy meds? Thankyou
