How well vetted are breeders in their breeder referrals at that website? We're probably going to start looking for another Yorkie in the next month or two, but horror stories like this scare the hell out of me. Haven't decided if we'll go the puppy or the rescue route, but I don't want to go in blind if we get a puppy.
