I would get a second opinion When Daisy injured her leg on Easter Sunday they told me that they thought it was a torn ligament. They did not take xrays but they did all the manipulating test. 2 days later she was using it and 3 weeks later the Vet told me that she did not think it was torn that she thought it was pulled or stretched. It has been almost 3 months and Daisy is running on it and jumping on furniture which I try to stop her. She is back to normal.... So I would definitely get a second opinion and possibly xrays or ultrasound.
