I adopted a little 11 year old Papillon that was totally blind with cataracts. We took her to the eye surgeon for evaluation and she passed, so she had new lens put in both eyes. It was wonderful to see two big brown eyes looking directly at me rather than two white eyes not seeing a thing.
I highly recommend either having her operated on or find someone who would take her and spend the money. Don't let her stay in pain. No eye drop can correct cataracts, but may help with pain. The expensive drops you want to spend could go toward surgery instead. |
