I feel sorry for those dogs, too. Do they have food, shelter, water? I wonder if animal control could come and take them? If they are tame and loving, they could be adopted or rescued. If they are feral, they are a danger to your area for animals and humans alike. How can people get pets and then chain them to trees for their living environment and think it's okay????I have never understood that. To me it's cruel!! Okay, off my soap box now.
