Well, I didn't even see this thread. I'm sorry. I should've read it before responding to the DNA thread.
If it is truly a skin issue, and all of what you are trying is making things worse, I'd ask to consult with a vet dermatologist (as mentioned above).
Bless her heart. I will pray for Miss Minnie to get this resolved and quit being uncomfortable. I know it's hard on you watching her itch and be uncomfortable. Hang in there!
