Not sure how big my crate is but, it's at petsmart and it has a yorkie on the box. It's small but just big enough. If it's too big for them they will make a side to sleep and another to do their business, which defeats the the whole purpose of crate training. My dog Kelsey has been doing wonderfully. She stays in her crate when im gone..at work or running errands... I immediatly let her out to go to the bathroom either outside or on her puppy pads and she'll release herself. Every now and then she'll make a mistake on the carpet if she's a little lazy and i punish her and put her on the puppy pad or outside to let her know that's where she's supossed to go. She has the hang of it though..yorkies are very smart dogs, your yorkies will catch on soon! |
