I would make sure they do health testing, that the pups are not leaving mom before 12 weeks, that the mother dog is not less then 5 pounds, and that they can give you a decent health guarantee. If the answer is no to any of those I would not get one of there puppies because if a breeder cuts corners in certain things like letting the pups go early they cut corners in other things and show there lack of care for the dogs.
