Thanks all for your answers, some good insight to similar issues. She has been on antibiotics and the vet has given me anti incontience liquid but I dont think this is the issue and I dont like to give the little girl medicines she doesnt need.

I went to bed at midnight last night and she had been to the toilet outside, I got up at 7 this morning and there was 2 big wees and 5 little wees and a poo. I really am leaning more to the behavioural side.

Whats interesting is the other morning she had done a wee (she knows its wrong because she wont look at me and gives the wee a wide walk around). I said to her 'no' and pointed - 20 minutes later she had wee'd on my bed

I read that they will wee on beds if they dont want you to find the wee because your own scent is so strong there, to them in masks the smell from a ticking off, predators etc which is quite interesting.

I think it's time to get tough now and be more firm. I am moving house in 7 weeks and at my current house it is laminate flooring so easy to manage but the new house is fully carpeted (rented). I have been through replacing carpets with my cat who is a piddler indoors and dont want to have to do it again so hard action now (or as hard as you can be with these little cute yorkie faces

My male yorkier who is 6 never does anything in the house and I thought this would assist in the training as she copies everything he does but no joy.

This morning I let her out for a week, cleaned the front room floor where she had wee and she came in and wee'd on the same spot - got to be beahvioural!

What a minx The previous owner never did give a full explanation as to why they no longer wanted it but I am finding out now as I speak more and more to them.

Good idea with the crate open and pads etc. I will give that a go
